information and resume/CV be kept private?
Yes, the only users other then you that
can view your personal information and resume/CV are the employer that posted
the job you applied for or any recruiters that have access to use the site.
2. Can my current
boss see that I am using the site?
No, the only way he can find out is when
you apply for a job your current boss or company posted.
3. When does an
Employer get access to my resume/CV?
The only time an Employer can view your
information is when you applied for a job they posted. If you do not apply they
won’t be able to see your information.
4. When does
Recruiters get access to my resume/CV?
Recruiters are companies like your
normal recruitment agency; they will have full access to all the resumes and
CV’s. They are however bound by law to still keep your information private.
5. Will Employers automatically see my resume if they posted a job that matches my
criteria?
No, you need to apply online before they
will see your resume. Be sure to visit the site regularly not to miss any job
opportunities.
6. Will my JobSeeker account
ever expire?
No, your JobSeeker account will remain
active until you delete it.
7. Will it cost me money to use this site?
Absolutely not, JobSeeker can use this
site for free.

the difference between the resume and the CV?
The resume is the form that you will in
online; it will basically contain the same information as your CV. The CV is the
document that you can upload.
9. Is it important to
complete the resume?
Yes, the search feature that recruiters
use will search through your resume and not the CV.
10. Is it important to have
a CV uploaded?
It will help you greatly since the
Employers and Recruiters will have all your information in one go.
11.Should I wait for a job that matches my criteria before joining the site?
Definitely not, you have nothing to
loose to have your resume posted in advance; besides, recruiters that have
access to the resumes will first see if they can find a suitable candidate
amongst the current registered JobSeekers before posting a job.
